Education

He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from the Faculty of Sharia from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh after obtaining a higher qualification in Financial and Commercial Sciences.

Practical Experiences:

• Date of Joining Government Job: 26/10/1410 A.H.

He has held the following positions through the Ministry of Civil Service during the past 15 years:

Assistant Legal Advisor, Ninth Level,

Legal Advisor, Tenth Level,

Senior Lawyer, Eleventh Level,

Director General of the Legal Department, Twelfth Level, in one of the Government Authorities

Legal Advisor, Thirteenth Level,

Among the Previous Experiences:

• He established two Legal Departments in two Government Agencies.
• He held the position of Director General of the Legal Department in these Agencies.
• He also worked as a legal Advisor, Lawyer, and Prosecutor in Cases pertaining to those Entities and Agencies.
• Before that, he served as Director General of the Procurement Department and practiced the work of a tender specialist in one of the Government Agencies.
• He also participated as a member of the Bid Examination Committees in several Government Agencies.
• He also trained a group of employees working in the Procurement Department in several Entities and Agencies.
• Among the activities he carried out was participation in several Internal and External Committees.
• Certified Arbitrator in the Ministry of Justice.
• As previously stated, he attended judicial sessions in the Courts of First Instance, Courts of appeals, the Supreme Court in the General Judiciary, and the Supreme Administrative Courts.
• During his career, he trained several male and female employees.
• He obtained many court rulings in favor of his employers.

He participated in many legal courses, including:

• Procedures for issuing title deeds and deeds of ownership.
• The legal foundations for preparing contracts, memorandums, and decisions (the Arab Organization for Administrative Development).
• Human Communication at work at the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh.
• Introduction to the study of legal sciences at the Rights Center for Legal Training
• How to prepare legal advice at the Chamber of Commerce in Riyadh
• He also participated in the courses held by the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants in the following programs:
• Commercial Laws and Transaction Jurisprudence.
• Zakat and Tax.
